European Volunteering
Every year since 2017, PiGreco receives 2 international volunteers with the European Solidarity Corps (before European Voluntary Service).
They come from Spain, France, Lithuania and more. They help the after-school and Summer-camp staff, offer conversations in foreign languages and animate the life of the center with an international vibe.
This is the International Blog where the volunteers tell their experience: https://pigrecoineurope.wordpress.com/
Solidarity Local
“No Borders- A Photography Project for Inclusion” started in January 2022, a project born from the collaboration between Pigreco Appearning APS and the Aula 21 Photography Group.
Funded as a local project by the European Solidarity Corps, No-borders promotes integration, inclusion and cohesion. These will in fact be the key themes of the photographic course that the Aula21 Photography Group will develop for young asylum seekers hosted in the Romagna Faentina area. To ensure that the project is even more inclusive, the course will end with a photographic exhibition that will have as protagonists the shots that the students will take during the project.
Strategic partnerships (Erasmus+ KA2)
PiGreco participates in strategic partnerships projects, such as “Green VET”, to develop Green Skills for Vocational and Educational training.
